Shipping Policy

Last Updated: July 27, 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through Vice Vinyl™ are processed, fulfilled, shipped, tracked, and delivered.

By placing an order with Vice Vinyl™, completing checkout, and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Shipping Policy.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

⚠️ IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION — PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

Processing Time and Shipping Time Are Separate

Processing and fulfillment time are separate from shipping and carrier transit time.

Most standard orders require approximately 3–5 business days for processing and fulfillment before shipment.

Most custom or personalized orders require approximately 7 business days for processing and fulfillment after all required images, files, customization details, approvals, or customer submissions have been received in a complete and usable form.

The processing period for a custom order does not begin until Vice Vinyl™ has received all required customization materials.

Business days do not include weekends, statutory holidays, carrier holidays, or days when our suppliers or fulfillment partners are not operating.

Processing times may vary due to:

  • product availability;

  • customization requirements;

  • incomplete or unusable customer submissions;

  • supplier timing;

  • order volume;

  • holidays;

  • quality-control requirements;

  • operational delays;

  • carrier acceptance delays;

  • payment or fraud-verification reviews;

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Processing time is not included in any shipping or delivery estimate displayed on our website.

Submitting an address change, customization change, cancellation request, or customer-support inquiry does not pause processing unless Vice Vinyl™ confirms otherwise in writing.

Estimated Shipping Times Are Not Guaranteed

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, and transferred for shipment, most shipments are estimated to arrive within approximately 6–10 business days.

This estimate begins after fulfillment and does not include processing time.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping times may vary due to:

  • carrier delays;

  • customs processing;

  • customs inspections;

  • weather conditions;

  • holidays;

  • high order volume;

  • logistics disruptions;

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses;

  • failed delivery attempts;

  • international shipping delays;

  • import restrictions;

  • labour disruptions;

  • public emergencies;

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any shipping or arrival estimate displayed on our:

  • website;

  • product pages;

  • advertisements;

  • checkout pages;

  • order confirmations;

  • emails;

  • tracking pages;

  • customer communications;

  • social-media content

is an estimate only and must not be interpreted as a guaranteed delivery date.

An order arriving after an estimated delivery window does not automatically qualify for cancellation, refund, replacement, payment reversal, or compensation.

Customers should not place an order for a birthday, holiday, anniversary, event, trip, or other time-sensitive occasion unless they accept the possibility that the shipment may arrive after that occasion.

Vice Vinyl™ is not responsible for missed events, missed gift dates, lost opportunities, or other consequences caused by a shipment arriving later than estimated.

Tracking Updates May Be Delayed

Tracking information may take several business days to update after a package has been processed, assigned a tracking number, transferred between logistics partners, or accepted by the carrier.

It is normal for tracking information to temporarily show:

  • no results;

  • “label created”;

  • “shipment information received”;

  • “pre-shipment”;

  • limited movement;

  • repeated scans;

  • delayed scans;

  • no new updates while the parcel remains in transit.

A tracking number being created does not necessarily mean that the carrier has completed its first physical scan.

Vice Vinyl™ is not responsible for:

  • delayed tracking updates;

  • missing carrier scans;

  • tracking-system errors;

  • carrier tracking delays;

  • inaccurate scan timing;

  • tracking information that does not update in real time;

  • differences between carrier and third-party tracking systems;

  • temporary gaps between international and local-carrier updates.

A temporary lack of tracking movement does not establish that a package is lost.

High-Order-Volume Notice

During periods of high demand, viral social-media exposure, product launches, supplier delays, holidays, seasonal demand, fulfillment surges, or operational disruptions, orders may take longer than estimated to process, fulfill, or deliver.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that all processing and delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and fulfilled as quickly as reasonably possible after payment has been confirmed and any required fraud, address, or order verification has been completed.

Most standard orders require approximately 3–5 business days for processing and fulfillment before shipment.

Most custom or personalized orders require approximately 7 business days for processing and fulfillment after all required customization information has been received.

Custom-order processing may be delayed when submitted materials are:

  • missing;

  • incomplete;

  • duplicated;

  • corrupted;

  • low quality;

  • unclear;

  • inaccessible;

  • incorrectly labelled;

  • unsuitable for production;

  • submitted without an order number.

If additional information, corrections, replacement images, or customer approval is required, the processing period may restart or be extended from the date the complete information is received.

Processing times may also vary depending on:

  • product availability;

  • customization requirements;

  • supplier timing;

  • order volume;

  • payment verification;

  • holidays;

  • carrier disruptions;

  • quality-control requirements;

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing times are separate from shipping and carrier transit times.

An order is not considered delayed merely because it remains within the applicable processing period.

2. Estimated Shipping Time

After fulfillment, most shipments are estimated to arrive within approximately 6–10 business days.

This estimate is not guaranteed.

Due to high order volume, fulfillment demand, supplier processing, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect addresses, logistics disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, some orders may take longer.

The estimated shipping period may not include:

  • processing time;

  • customs inspections;

  • import clearance;

  • destination-country handoff delays;

  • local-carrier processing;

  • failed delivery attempts;

  • customer-requested delivery changes;

  • periods when the parcel is waiting for customer action.

By placing an order, you understand and accept that all delivery windows displayed by Vice Vinyl™ are estimates only and must not be interpreted as guaranteed arrival dates.

A delay beyond an estimate does not automatically mean the shipment is lost or that Vice Vinyl™ has failed to fulfill the order.

Where applicable law provides a mandatory delivery remedy, Vice Vinyl™ will comply with that law.

3. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, a tracking number may be sent by email after the order has been fulfilled or shipped.

The customer is responsible for:

  • providing a valid email address;

  • checking spam, junk, and promotions folders;

  • monitoring tracking updates;

  • responding to carrier requests;

  • contacting the local carrier when delivery assistance is required.

Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after the carrier or logistics provider receives the package.

Carrier scans, tracking updates, transit events, customs events, and delivery confirmations may be delayed, incomplete, grouped together, or temporarily unavailable.

We are not responsible for:

  • carrier tracking delays;

  • missing scans;

  • tracking errors;

  • delayed system synchronization;

  • carrier websites that do not update in real time;

  • differences between international and local tracking numbers;

  • tracking information supplied by third parties.

Tracking records may be provided by more than one carrier or logistics provider during international transit.

Vice Vinyl™ may rely on available tracking information, carrier records, shipping labels, delivery photographs, geographic scan information, signatures, customs records, and fulfillment records when reviewing a shipping claim or payment dispute.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering and reviewing complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping information before submitting an order.

This includes:

  • full legal or deliverable recipient name;

  • correct street address;

  • apartment, unit, suite, floor, or buzzer number;

  • city;

  • province, state, or region;

  • postal or ZIP code;

  • country;

  • phone number or email address when required for delivery.

Vice Vinyl™ is not responsible for orders that are delayed, misdirected, lost, returned, refused, abandoned, or delivered incorrectly because the customer supplied inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.

Customers must review their shipping address in the order confirmation immediately after placing an order.

Address-change requests are not guaranteed.

An address change is only accepted when Vice Vinyl™ confirms the change in writing. Sending a request does not mean the address has been updated.

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, the address may no longer be changeable.

Vice Vinyl™ is not responsible when:

  • the customer fails to review the order confirmation;

  • the customer provides an old address;

  • an autofill tool enters the wrong address;

  • an apartment or unit number is omitted;

  • the customer requests an address change after fulfillment;

  • the carrier refuses or fails to apply a requested change;

  • the customer provides conflicting address information.

If a carrier offers redirection or address-correction services, all resulting charges may be the customer’s responsibility.

5. Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages

A delivery may fail because of:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address;

  • an inaccessible property;

  • a missing apartment, unit, or buzzer number;

  • an unavailable recipient;

  • failed delivery attempts;

  • refusal of delivery;

  • failure to collect the package;

  • unpaid customs charges;

  • failure to provide customs information;

  • carrier or customs communication being ignored;

  • local delivery restrictions.

If a package is returned to sender, returned to a fulfillment partner, abandoned, destroyed, held, or otherwise made undeliverable because of customer action or customer-provided information, the customer may be responsible for:

  • return-to-sender costs;

  • reshipping costs;

  • new shipping charges;

  • customs charges;

  • duties;

  • taxes;

  • handling expenses;

  • carrier fees;

  • storage or abandonment costs.

Original shipping fees are not refundable in these circumstances unless required by law.

Refunds are not guaranteed for packages returned because of customer error, delivery refusal, non-payment of import charges, failure to accept delivery, or failure to collect the shipment.

If reshipping is available, Vice Vinyl™ may require payment of all applicable reshipping and return-related costs before sending the order again.

If the returned product is customized, personalized, used, damaged, incomplete, destroyed, or otherwise non-resellable, a refund may be unavailable.

Vice Vinyl™ is not required to reship a returned package until it has been physically received and processed by the appropriate return or fulfillment facility.

6. Lost, Stolen, Missing, or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that an order was delivered, the shipment will generally be treated as delivered unless reliable contrary evidence is provided.

After delivery, Vice Vinyl™ is not responsible for:

  • theft;

  • porch piracy;

  • loss;

  • misplacement;

  • damage caused after delivery;

  • packages collected by another household member;

  • packages accepted by neighbours, reception staff, security staff, mailrooms, or building management;

  • packages moved from the original delivery location;

  • incorrect handling by the recipient.

Before contacting Vice Vinyl™ about a package marked delivered, customers must check:

  • all entrances;

  • porches;

  • garages;

  • side doors;

  • mailboxes;

  • parcel lockers;

  • household members;

  • neighbours;

  • building staff;

  • concierge desks;

  • mailrooms;

  • reception areas;

  • local post offices;

  • the delivering carrier.

Customers should also allow a reasonable period after a delivery scan because some carriers may mark packages delivered shortly before final physical delivery.

We may require the customer to:

  • contact the carrier;

  • open a carrier investigation;

  • provide written carrier findings;

  • provide photographs of the delivery area;

  • provide a police report for suspected theft;

  • provide a signed non-receipt declaration;

  • confirm the shipping address;

  • complete other reasonable verification steps.

Vice Vinyl™ may assist with a carrier investigation where possible, but we do not guarantee a refund or replacement for a shipment marked delivered.

A carrier’s delivery scan, photograph, signature, GPS record, geographic scan, building delivery record, or other reliable delivery confirmation may be used as evidence that delivery occurred.

False statements that a delivered order was not received may be submitted as evidence in response to a chargeback, payment dispute, fraud investigation, or legal claim.

Nothing in this section limits any remedy that applicable law requires.

7. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to:

  • customs fees;

  • import duties;

  • value-added taxes;

  • sales taxes;

  • brokerage fees;

  • handling charges;

  • inspection fees;

  • local carrier fees;

  • other government or third-party charges.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.

Vice Vinyl™ does not control customs authorities and cannot guarantee:

  • whether charges will be imposed;

  • the amount charged;

  • the speed of customs processing;

  • whether additional customer information will be required;

  • whether an item will be inspected, delayed, restricted, returned, or seized.

Customers are responsible for understanding the import rules that apply in their country or region before purchasing.

Vice Vinyl™ is not responsible for delays, refusals, seizures, returns, destruction, abandonment, or additional costs caused by:

  • customs authorities;

  • import laws;

  • prohibited-item rules;

  • unpaid duties or taxes;

  • inaccurate customer information;

  • failure to provide requested documentation;

  • failure to respond to customs or carrier communications.

Refusing a package because of customs charges does not automatically create a right to a refund.

If a shipment is returned because the customer refuses or fails to pay customs charges, any refund or reshipment will be subject to our Return and Refund Policy and may be reduced by shipping, return, customs, handling, and other costs incurred.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse, hold, restrict, or cancel orders to locations where shipping is:

  • unavailable;

  • restricted;

  • unsafe;

  • unlawful;

  • prohibited by sanctions;

  • commercially unreasonable;

  • unsupported by our carriers or fulfillment partners.

We may also refuse delivery to:

  • freight-forwarding addresses;

  • temporary addresses;

  • high-risk addresses;

  • incomplete addresses;

  • locations with repeated delivery failures;

  • locations associated with suspected fraud or policy abuse.

If we cannot ship to a customer’s location after an order has been placed, we may cancel the order and issue any refund required under applicable law.

Vice Vinyl™ is not responsible for losses caused by a customer using an unauthorized freight forwarder, parcel forwarding company, reshipping service, hotel, temporary rental, or third-party receiving service.

Delivery to the address supplied at checkout, including a freight forwarder or third-party receiving service, may be treated as completed delivery.

9. High-Order-Volume Notice

During periods of:

  • high order volume;

  • product launches;

  • supplier demand;

  • fulfillment delays;

  • viral social-media exposure;

  • seasonal demand;

  • holidays;

  • major promotions;

  • operational disruptions,

orders may take longer to process, fulfill, and deliver.

Estimated processing and shipping times displayed on our website, advertisements, checkout pages, product pages, emails, order confirmations, tracking pages, or customer communications remain estimates only.

They must not be treated as guaranteed arrival dates or promises that delivery will occur by a particular event or occasion.

High demand or delayed delivery does not automatically make an order eligible for cancellation, refund, replacement, store credit, chargeback, or compensation.

10. Shipping Claims and Payment Disputes

Customers must contact Vice Vinyl™ Staff and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate a shipping concern before requesting a voluntary refund or replacement.

When reviewing a shipping claim, we may require:

  • the order number;

  • the customer’s full name;

  • the email address used at checkout;

  • confirmation of the shipping address;

  • tracking information;

  • carrier correspondence;

  • photographs or video;

  • a signed statement of non-receipt;

  • a police report for suspected theft;

  • other information reasonably needed to verify the claim.

Submitting a shipping claim does not automatically mean that a refund or replacement has been approved.

A carrier delay, customs delay, incomplete tracking update, failed delivery caused by customer information, or shipment marked delivered does not automatically create a right to a chargeback, refund, or replacement.

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute concerning shipping, delivery, or non-receipt, Vice Vinyl™ may provide relevant records to the payment processor, bank, card network, insurer, carrier, fraud-prevention provider, platform, or other authorized party.

These records may include:

  • the order confirmation;

  • checkout acceptance records;

  • the shipping address supplied by the customer;

  • address-verification results;

  • fulfillment records;

  • shipping labels;

  • tracking records;

  • carrier scans;

  • delivery photographs;

  • signatures;

  • geographic delivery information;

  • customs records;

  • customer communications;

  • carrier-investigation results;

  • customer acknowledgments;

  • evidence of attempted delivery;

  • evidence of a refused or unclaimed parcel;

  • evidence of a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

A claim may be treated as potentially misleading, abusive, or fraudulent where the evidence indicates that the customer:

  • supplied an incorrect address;

  • failed to collect the package;

  • refused delivery;

  • refused to pay customs charges;

  • ignored carrier communications;

  • claims non-delivery despite reliable delivery evidence;

  • received a replacement or refund and continues disputing the original payment;

  • attempts to receive both a refund and chargeback;

  • makes materially inconsistent statements to Vice Vinyl™ and the payment provider.

If a chargeback is opened while a shipping investigation, replacement, refund, return, or other voluntary resolution is pending, Vice Vinyl™ may pause that resolution to prevent duplicate reimbursement until the dispute has been concluded or withdrawn.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising a legitimate right that cannot legally be waived.

11. Contact About Shipping

For shipping questions, customers should contact Vice Vinyl™ Staff through the customer-support contact method listed on our store.

Please include:

  • your order number;

  • your full name;

  • the email address used at checkout;

  • a clear explanation of the shipping concern;

  • any relevant photographs, tracking information, or carrier correspondence.

Failure to provide sufficient order information may delay our ability to review the request.

For security and recordkeeping, customers should communicate through our official support method rather than relying solely on comments, direct messages, or unofficial social-media accounts.

Vice Vinyl™ may require customers to continue the matter through email so that the request, evidence, and resolution can be properly documented.
