Terms of Service

Last updated: July 27, 2026

Welcome to Vice Vinyl™. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, content, checkout process, customer-support channels, and communications.

By visiting our website, browsing our products, submitting customization materials, placing an order, completing checkout, clicking a button indicating acceptance, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Contact Information, Legal Notice, product descriptions, customization instructions, and any other policies displayed or linked during checkout.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website, submit content, or purchase from us.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

1. Store Information

This website is operated by Vice Vinyl™ Staff.

Throughout these Terms:

  • “Vice Vinyl™,” “Vice Vinyl™ Staff,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the store operator and its authorized staff;

  • “website” refers to our online storefront and related pages;

  • “product” refers to any item offered through our website;

  • “services” includes ordering, customization, fulfillment, customer support, website access, and related communications;

  • “you” and “your” refer to the customer, visitor, user, cardholder, recipient, purchaser, or person acting on behalf of a purchaser.

You may only use our website or place an order if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, you may only use our services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

If you use our services on behalf of a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that business or person to these Terms.

2. Product Description

Vice Vinyl™ is sold as a decorative novelty product that may include music, sound, magnetic, NFC, rechargeable, light-up, display, spinning-disc, personalized, or other features depending on the exact product model purchased.

Customers are responsible for reading the complete product description, customization requirements, compatibility information, measurements, included components, setup instructions, and shipping information before purchasing.

Different product versions may have different features. A feature shown or described for one model is not automatically included with every other model.

Unless the applicable product page expressly states otherwise:

  • music may need to be uploaded or added by the customer;

  • music files may not arrive preloaded or prerecorded;

  • customer setup may be required;

  • a compatible computer, cable, phone, file type, or device may be required;

  • decorative discs, images, or artwork do not guarantee that matching music is included;

  • third-party subscriptions, applications, accounts, devices, or services are not included.

A product is not defective merely because customer setup, charging, file uploading, configuration, troubleshooting, or instruction-following is required.

Product images, videos, mockups, demonstrations, promotional content, and social-media posts are provided for illustration and demonstration purposes.

Actual product appearance, brightness, sound, volume, dimensions, material finish, colour, cropping, print placement, packaging, accessories, and features may vary slightly due to:

  • lighting;

  • photography;

  • screen settings;

  • customer-supplied image quality;

  • manufacturing tolerances;

  • supplier updates;

  • packaging updates;

  • component availability;

  • product improvements;

  • reasonable production variations.

Minor variations that do not materially prevent the product from functioning as described do not make the product defective or materially different from its description.

3. Third-Party Intellectual Property and Custom Content

Vice Vinyl™ Staff does not claim ownership of third-party music, artists, performers, game titles, album covers, movie titles, fictional characters, logos, trademarks, celebrity names, photographs, images, recordings, or copyrighted works unless specifically stated.

References to third-party names, works, products, or cultural properties do not necessarily indicate sponsorship, authorization, partnership, affiliation, or endorsement.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to submit, reproduce, request, purchase, or use any custom:

  • image;

  • photograph;

  • design;

  • logo;

  • name;

  • song;

  • audio file;

  • album artwork;

  • game artwork;

  • movie artwork;

  • character;

  • quotation;

  • recording;

  • graphic;

  • trademark;

  • copyrighted work;

  • likeness;

  • or other material.

By submitting customization content, you represent and confirm that:

  • you own the content or have obtained all required licences, permissions, and approvals;

  • you have authority to authorize us and our production partners to use the content;

  • the content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, personality, contractual, moral, or other rights;

  • the content is not illegal, threatening, hateful, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, obscene, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited;

  • the content does not contain malware, malicious code, or harmful files;

  • the content does not falsely suggest sponsorship, affiliation, approval, or endorsement;

  • you accept responsibility for the materials you submit.

You grant Vice Vinyl™ and its suppliers, contractors, manufacturers, and fulfillment partners a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to receive, store, copy, resize, crop, edit, reproduce, print, manufacture, transmit, and otherwise process the submitted content solely as reasonably necessary to review, produce, fulfill, support, replace, or document your order.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your original content to Vice Vinyl™.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review submitted content. We may reject, cancel, suspend, alter, or request replacement materials for orders that we reasonably believe involve:

  • infringement;

  • unlawful content;

  • hateful or abusive content;

  • explicit sexual content;

  • exploitation;

  • threats or harassment;

  • fraudulent materials;

  • technically unusable files;

  • unsafe requests;

  • inappropriate content;

  • content that could expose us or our partners to legal or commercial risk.

Our decision to process an order does not constitute legal approval of the customer’s submitted content and does not mean that we have verified ownership or licensing rights.

4. Product Use

You are responsible for using the product safely, lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with all provided instructions.

Products must not be used in a manner that creates an unreasonable risk of injury, fire, electrical damage, choking, property damage, data loss, distraction, or unlawful conduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vice Vinyl™ Staff is not responsible for injury, property damage, device issues, data loss, legal consequences, intellectual-property claims, product damage, or other harm resulting from:

  • improper use;

  • unsafe handling;

  • failure to follow instructions;

  • use by unsupervised children;

  • water or moisture exposure;

  • dropping, crushing, bending, or damaging the product;

  • opening, modifying, repairing, or disassembling the product;

  • using incompatible devices, software, files, adapters, or accessories;

  • using the product on unsuitable surfaces;

  • placing the product near heat, flames, liquids, food-preparation areas, or unsafe environments;

  • using damaged, unsupported, or unauthorized chargers, cables, batteries, or accessories;

  • submitting or requesting unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked content;

  • placing magnets near sensitive equipment or objects;

  • failing to take reasonable safety precautions;

  • using the product for a purpose for which it was not designed.

You must stop using the product if it becomes visibly damaged, excessively hot, swollen, wet, electrically unsafe, or otherwise appears hazardous.

5. NFC, Sound, Music, File, and Device Compatibility

Some product versions may use NFC, internal storage, sound, music files, USB connections, rechargeable batteries, magnetic components, or device-interactive features.

We do not guarantee compatibility with every:

  • phone;

  • computer;

  • tablet;

  • charger;

  • operating system;

  • USB port;

  • adapter;

  • file format;

  • music service;

  • application;

  • NFC reader;

  • browser;

  • cable;

  • case;

  • device setting;

  • third-party platform.

NFC, sound, charging, file-transfer, storage, and device-interactive performance may vary depending on:

  • device model;

  • device age;

  • device settings;

  • operating-system updates;

  • software restrictions;

  • file type;

  • file size;

  • file condition;

  • USB configuration;

  • phone-case thickness;

  • surface placement;

  • battery level;

  • charging source;

  • signal interference;

  • user handling;

  • product version;

  • third-party service availability.

Customer-supplied files must be lawful, compatible, functional, and free of malicious code.

We are not responsible for corrupted files, unsupported formats, improperly named files, customer-device restrictions, security settings, missing drivers, damaged ports, unauthorized adapters, or third-party software preventing normal setup or operation.

Before claiming that a product is defective, you may be required to:

  • charge the product fully;

  • use the supplied or recommended cable;

  • test another compatible port or device;

  • remove incompatible phone cases;

  • verify device settings;

  • use a supported file format;

  • follow the published instructions;

  • provide photographs or video;

  • complete reasonable troubleshooting steps.

Refusing reasonable troubleshooting or failing to provide evidence may prevent us from verifying the claimed issue.

6. Accuracy of Information

We attempt to display product information, pricing, availability, images, videos, shipping information, and descriptions accurately.

However, website content may occasionally contain:

  • typographical errors;

  • pricing errors;

  • incorrect availability;

  • outdated information;

  • technical errors;

  • supplier information errors;

  • image or formatting errors;

  • accidental omissions.

We do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We reserve the right to:

  • correct errors;

  • update information;

  • clarify descriptions;

  • change prices;

  • modify product details;

  • substitute substantially equivalent packaging or components;

  • correct promotions;

  • limit quantities;

  • cancel orders affected by errors.

Where an error materially affects an accepted order, we may contact the customer with corrected information and offer an appropriate resolution, including cancellation and refund where required.

We are not obligated to honour an obviously incorrect price, accidental discount, technical malfunction, or listing error where doing so would be unreasonable or unlawful.

7. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An automated order confirmation only acknowledges that we received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted, produced, or shipped.

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, an order is accepted when we:

  • begin customization or production;

  • begin fulfillment;

  • send a fulfillment confirmation;

  • or ship the product.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, investigate, limit, hold, or cancel any order where reasonably necessary, including because of:

  • suspected fraud;

  • high-risk payment indicators;

  • identity or payment-verification concerns;

  • incorrect pricing;

  • product unavailability;

  • technical errors;

  • payment issues;

  • shipping restrictions;

  • sanctions or legal restrictions;

  • inaccurate customer information;

  • repeated refused deliveries;

  • suspected policy abuse;

  • previous abusive disputes;

  • unlawful customization requests;

  • infringing customization requests;

  • unsafe or inappropriate intended use;

  • attempted resale or bulk purchasing inconsistent with listed limits;

  • failure to provide required customization materials;

  • inability to complete the requested customization.

We may request reasonable identity, address, payment, or order verification before accepting or fulfilling an order.

Failure to provide requested verification may result in delay or cancellation.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will issue any refund required under applicable law and our policies.

Customers may not split, duplicate, disguise, or restructure transactions to avoid purchase limits, fraud screening, shipping restrictions, or other store controls.

8. Pricing, Payment, Fraud Prevention, and Payment Disputes

All prices are listed in the currency displayed during checkout.

Prices may change without notice. Taxes, duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, shipping charges, insurance charges, currency-conversion costs, and other fees may apply depending on the customer’s location and selected services.

By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method provided for:

  • the product price;

  • selected customization;

  • shipping;

  • applicable taxes;

  • optional services;

  • and the complete total displayed at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, truthful, and accurate:

  • payment information;

  • billing information;

  • shipping information;

  • contact information;

  • identity information;

  • customization information.

You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method or have permission from the authorized cardholder or account holder.

We may use payment processors, fraud-screening systems, address-verification systems, card-verification results, device information, IP information, order history, delivery information, and other lawful methods to evaluate transaction risk.

We may reject, hold, or cancel orders if payment is:

  • declined;

  • incomplete;

  • reversed;

  • disputed;

  • unauthorized;

  • flagged as high risk;

  • suspected to be fraudulent;

  • connected to inaccurate information;

  • connected to previous abusive activity.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Customers who believe there is a problem with an order should contact Vice Vinyl™ Support before initiating a chargeback, bank dispute, payment inquiry, or payment reversal so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

A chargeback is not a substitute for complying with our return, cancellation, troubleshooting, evidence, customization, or refund procedures.

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically:

  • cancel the order;

  • create a right to a refund;

  • prove that the customer’s claim is valid;

  • remove the customer’s return obligations;

  • permit the customer to retain both the product and payment;

  • permit duplicate reimbursement.

Where permitted, Vice Vinyl™ may challenge any payment dispute and provide relevant evidence to payment processors, banks, card networks, insurers, fraud-prevention providers, carriers, platforms, legal advisers, or other authorized parties.

Relevant evidence may include:

  • order confirmations;

  • invoices;

  • payment records;

  • checkout records;

  • records showing acceptance of these Terms and our policies;

  • billing and shipping information;

  • address-verification and card-verification results;

  • authentication records;

  • fraud-screening results;

  • IP addresses;

  • device, browser, location, and session information;

  • customer-account information;

  • product descriptions applicable at the time of purchase;

  • website screenshots or archived listings;

  • customization selections;

  • customer-submitted images, files, names, or music selections;

  • production and quality-control records;

  • shipping labels;

  • tracking records;

  • delivery scans;

  • delivery photographs;

  • signatures;

  • carrier confirmations;

  • emails;

  • text messages;

  • social-media messages;

  • customer-support records;

  • troubleshooting records;

  • photographs and videos submitted by the customer;

  • evidence of replacements, refunds, credits, or resolutions;

  • customer acknowledgments of ordering or receiving the product;

  • any other relevant and lawfully retained evidence.

A payment dispute may be considered potentially false, abusive, misleading, duplicative, or fraudulent where the available evidence indicates that the customer:

  • denies authorizing an order they placed, customized, acknowledged, received, or used;

  • claims an order was not received despite reliable delivery evidence;

  • claims an item was not as described when the disputed feature was clearly disclosed;

  • claims that music was promised to be prerecorded when the product listing stated that customer uploading was required;

  • claims that an order was cancelled when no cancellation was approved;

  • claims that a refund was not issued after it was successfully processed;

  • claims a duplicate charge when the charges relate to separate orders;

  • refuses to return an item while seeking a full reversal;

  • files a dispute after accepting or receiving a replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution;

  • retains both an original item and replacement while disputing payment;

  • submits edited, false, misleading, incomplete, or contradictory evidence;

  • uses different explanations with the merchant and payment provider;

  • attempts to receive both a merchant refund and a chargeback;

  • uses a dispute to avoid agreed customization, return, or shipping terms.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened while a refund, replacement, return, investigation, or other voluntary resolution is pending, we may pause that resolution to prevent duplicate reimbursement until the dispute is withdrawn or concluded.

If a customer receives or accepts a resolution after opening a dispute, the customer must promptly notify the payment provider that the matter has been resolved and request closure or withdrawal of the dispute where the provider permits it.

To the extent permitted by law, we may:

  • contest the dispute;

  • preserve and submit evidence;

  • cancel pending voluntary remedies;

  • restrict or terminate future service;

  • refuse future orders;

  • report suspected fraud;

  • recover unpaid amounts or merchandise;

  • pursue other legally available remedies.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising a legitimate right that cannot legally be waived.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, processing, fulfillment, and delivery times are estimates unless we expressly provide a written guarantee.

Our target shipping estimate is 6–10 business days after fulfillment whenever possible.

This estimate does not include order processing or customization time before fulfillment.

Delivery may take longer because of:

  • high order volume;

  • customization requirements;

  • fulfillment delays;

  • supplier delays;

  • production delays;

  • carrier delays;

  • customs processing;

  • customs inspections;

  • import restrictions;

  • holidays;

  • severe weather;

  • public emergencies;

  • labour disruptions;

  • incorrect addresses;

  • failed delivery attempts;

  • inaccessible delivery locations;

  • unpaid import fees;

  • events outside our reasonable control.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery may take longer than the displayed estimate and that estimated dates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

A delayed tracking update, customs delay, missed estimate, or temporary lack of carrier scans does not by itself establish that an order has been lost.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address, including all required:

  • recipient names;

  • street numbers;

  • apartment or unit numbers;

  • buzzer numbers;

  • postal or ZIP codes;

  • city, province, state, region, and country information.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, misdelivery, return-to-sender charges, or lost access caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Carrier tracking, delivery scans, delivery photographs, signatures, geographic information, customs records, and carrier communications may be used as evidence of shipment, attempted delivery, or delivery.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and responding to carrier or customs requests.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, withdrawal requests, damaged-order claims, custom-order requirements, and return-shipping responsibilities are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to that policy.

Submitting a return, refund, cancellation, replacement, or withdrawal request does not mean that the request has been approved.

Approval must be confirmed by Vice Vinyl™ Support or otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers must not send items to an address found on the original shipping label or online unless Vice Vinyl™ Support specifically provides that address for the approved return.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website, products, services, checkout, customer-support channels, or communications:

  • for unlawful purposes;

  • to violate laws, regulations, sanctions, or court orders;

  • to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, personality, contractual, or other rights;

  • to submit false, incomplete, manipulated, or misleading information;

  • to impersonate another person;

  • to use payment information without authorization;

  • to commit or attempt fraud;

  • to obtain duplicate refunds, credits, products, or reimbursements;

  • to make knowingly false chargeback or dispute claims;

  • to falsely deny ordering, receiving, using, or authorizing a product;

  • to interfere with website or payment security;

  • to scrape, crawl, copy, hack, reverse engineer, or misuse the website;

  • to bypass purchase limits, fraud controls, or access restrictions;

  • to submit viruses, malicious code, bots, spam, or harmful software;

  • to overload, disrupt, damage, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization;

  • to harvest customer or business information;

  • to harass, abuse, threaten, intimidate, defame, or harm others;

  • to submit illegal, exploitative, hateful, or threatening content;

  • to resell, counterfeit, imitate, or misrepresent our products or branding;

  • to falsely represent an affiliation with Vice Vinyl™.

We may suspend access, cancel orders, preserve evidence, restrict accounts, refuse future service, or take other reasonable action if we believe these Terms have been violated.

12. Vice Vinyl™ Intellectual Property

All original content on our website, including our:

  • Vice Vinyl™ name;

  • logos;

  • original product names;

  • original text;

  • photographs;

  • branding;

  • layouts;

  • advertisements;

  • instructions;

  • policies;

  • website code;

  • original promotional materials,

is owned by, claimed by, or licensed to Vice Vinyl™ Staff unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell, license, imitate, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative commercial materials from our protected content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of our website content, branding, marketing assets, product photography, or other intellectual property.

Limited sharing of our website links or unmodified promotional posts for ordinary personal purposes does not grant broader commercial rights.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use, integrate with, or link to third-party services, including:

  • Shopify;

  • payment processors;

  • banks;

  • shipping carriers;

  • customs authorities;

  • analytics providers;

  • advertising platforms;

  • social-media platforms;

  • music platforms;

  • NFC services;

  • cloud-storage providers;

  • applications;

  • customer-support tools.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, services, policies, content, security, outages, delays, errors, availability, decisions, or actions.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, licences, subscription charges, compatibility requirements, and account restrictions.

We do not guarantee that a third-party service will remain available, compatible, free, unchanged, or accessible in every location.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vice Vinyl™ Staff and its owners, employees, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, fulfillment providers, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.

This includes, where legally permitted, losses involving:

  • profits;

  • revenue;

  • opportunities;

  • anticipated savings;

  • business interruption;

  • data;

  • files;

  • devices;

  • third-party accounts;

  • intellectual-property claims;

  • property damage;

  • personal dissatisfaction;

  • missed events or occasions;

  • shipping delays;

  • customs delays;

  • third-party services;

  • unauthorized product modification;

  • customer-supplied content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount the customer paid to Vice Vinyl™ for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

The limitations in this section do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any liability that applicable law expressly requires us to retain.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, the limitations apply only to the maximum extent legally permitted.

15. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that:

  • the website will always be available;

  • website access will be uninterrupted;

  • the website will be free of all errors or security issues;

  • every product will remain available;

  • shipping will arrive by a particular date;

  • processing will be completed within an exact period;

  • product images will exactly match every minor visual detail;

  • colours will display identically on every screen;

  • customer-submitted images will reproduce with perfect colour accuracy;

  • products will satisfy every personal preference or expectation;

  • music, NFC, sound, charging, or file-transfer features will work with every device;

  • customer files will be compatible;

  • third-party applications or platforms will remain available;

  • carriers, customs authorities, suppliers, or payment providers will operate without delay or error;

  • promotional content will produce a particular emotional response;

  • the product will be suitable for an undisclosed purpose.

Any specific guarantee must be expressly stated in writing by Vice Vinyl™ Staff.

16. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vice Vinyl™ Staff and its owners, employees, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, fulfillment partners, service providers, and affiliates from third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, judgments, and reasonable costs arising from:

  • your misuse of the product;

  • your violation of these Terms;

  • your violation of applicable law;

  • your violation of another person’s rights;

  • content you submit or request;

  • unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked materials;

  • false representations regarding ownership or permission;

  • unauthorized payment use;

  • knowingly false claims or payment disputes;

  • duplicate-recovery attempts;

  • unsafe, unlawful, or irresponsible product use;

  • modification, resale, or redistribution of the product;

  • harm caused by your submitted files, software, or materials.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was directly caused by Vice Vinyl™’s own unlawful conduct or where indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless the mandatory law of another jurisdiction is legally required to apply.

Before beginning formal proceedings, the parties should make a reasonable attempt to resolve the dispute through written communication.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to give up access to a court, tribunal, regulator, payment right, or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

Any dispute may be handled through the courts, tribunals, regulatory processes, payment processes, or other dispute-resolution forums available under applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect:

  • changes to our products;

  • changes to our operations;

  • legal or regulatory requirements;

  • fraud-prevention needs;

  • supplier or platform changes;

  • improvements to clarity;

  • new services or features.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will apply to future website use and future orders from the effective date of the updated Terms.

The terms applicable to an existing order will generally be the terms presented when that order was placed, except where a later change is required by law, expressly accepted by the customer, or otherwise legally applicable.

Continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for that continued use.

19. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Approval of an exception, refund, replacement, cancellation, or remedy in one situation does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in another situation.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our:

  • Privacy Policy;

  • Return and Refund Policy;

  • Shipping Policy;

  • Contact Information;

  • Legal Notice;

  • applicable product description;

  • customization instructions;

  • checkout disclosures;

  • order confirmation,

form the agreement between you and Vice Vinyl™ Staff regarding your website use and purchases.

They replace prior discussions, communications, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter, except for written commitments expressly made by authorized Vice Vinyl™ Staff regarding a specific order.

Where a specific written product term conflicts with a general provision in these Terms, the more specific term will apply to that issue unless prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment relationship, agency relationship, franchise, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship between you and Vice Vinyl™.
